Intake & Lab Review
Brandt Wellness Intake & Lab Review — $600
This is the first step in our 12-week care model and is required for all new patients.

90-minute intake and lab review visit

What Happens After Your Intake
After your intake and lab review, you’ll have two clear options:

Continue Care (Most Patients)

Enroll in a 12-week Brandt Wellness program

Your intake fee is fully credited toward your program

Ongoing care, metabolic support, and health coaching

Follow up labs at Week 12 are included

Choose a monthly membership for continued care after the 12 week program

One-Time Consultation

No ongoing treatment or prescribing beyond the intake visit
